Shipping:

With the exception of weekends and holidays most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less.  You will receive a shipping confirmation number via e-mail.

Return Policy:

You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Framed art, prints and photographs and loose art, prints and photographs must be returned in 5 days for a full refund.

To return your purchase contact North River Editions via email or telephone for a RMA number.

To insure a safe return, please use the same packaging material, in the same manner as we used to ship the art to you, or have the item professionally packaged.

Insurance for the amount your paid.
And a return receipt are most important.

Books are not returnable. Unless damaged. In which case a replacement book will sent at our expense
